Manners nofisa1

We talk rare about manners.We have twisted freedom  under  Human Rights.I think manners go hand in hand with Human Rights.What made me to tackle this topic is that one of my ex- Reader don't  send me that f**k rubbish to me again.He is a young man from here in South Africa. It was simple to say "Don't send me your blog again".I also sent my dismay to Twitter and guess what? The reply was " there is nothing wrong about his response"

I understand  that we got freedom in 1994 and we were not taught  exactly  what is freedom.Thats why some of us cannot differentiate manners and insults otherwise we are from broken families and irreligious.So manners starts from the family and Pass to the children.

The problem  is this unmannering pass to the Business  which  breeds lesser and lesser  profits. It affects our communication  to our customers  and the customer  will keep his/her money into the pocket.We must learn from the  Chinese and Indians from India their basic communication is respecting the Customer.

Manners affects us.our livelihood,our businesses. Did you know one Customer can "poison" or  "nourish" your business just because  of your manners.

The Bhacas of Mt.Frere are highly mannered.
